Auggie Vidovich: President/Project Manager
Auggie founded A. Vidovich Construction in 1987. Auggie hands-on approach has built his company's reputation as one of the "Most" respected contractors in San Diego. Auggie is a results-oriented, hands-on construction professional with over 37 years of expertise in all facets of the construction industry. He holds both the A and B California Contractor State License. He is the cream of the crop; with successful of completion of multi-complex projects through the coordination of trades, developing partnerships and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients while maintaining costs. He is responsible for the generation of new business, estimating, contract negotiations and the development of strategic partner relationships. He closely coordinates with the supervision staff through-out the project; this also includes design and planning to ensure design standards are met and maintained, conducts and performs site surveys during various stages of the construction project, analyzes vendor/subcontractor proposals and selected the appropriate one for each project, reviews construction technical documentation for accuracy, feasibility, quality and conformance to industry standards. He supervises and guides other staff throughout the construction process
Michael Cranford : Sr. Project Superintendent
Michael has been with A. Vidovich Construction since its inception. Michael has strong back ground in supervision of large, complex projects. He possess in-depth knowledge of building practices and regulatory compliance. Qualified to review and evaluate construction documents, estimate cost, project scheduling and lead cross-functional project teams. Michael's excellent leadership, communication and relationship building skills are what provide the engineers, architects, client representatives, building officials and inspectors an invaluable asset for A. Vidovich Construction and its customers. Michael's overall responsibilities include design and blueprint review, analysis of projects, preparation of construction documents, material purchasing, scheduling, project budget, and the supervision of the construction teams. Michael's expertise in construction scheduling and management has provided the highest level of service to our clients, earning frequent commendation as a result.
Brent Harper: Working Project Superintendent
Brent is responsible for execution and communication with the project superintendent, project manager, subcontractors and vendors, scheduling of materials and labor, monitoring field personnel and subcontractor's performance. Brent is versed in the complexities of time sensitive and diverse projects; all the while maintaining a professional composure and completing his assignment in a time manner. Brent is without question one of A. Vidovich Construction's greatest assets.
